When I scheduled the estimate for breezeway roof and gutter service, the receptionist was courteous. The roof inspector, Joe Taylor was on time and empathic towards my roofing needs. The initial day the roof was to be serviced was delayed due to a snowstorm. Joe called and told me someone would call to reschedule. Well, unfortunately that did not happen. Professional clean work at a fair price. I am 100% happy with the service I received. I would recommend to all my family and friends.
Today Universal Roofing replaced my flat roof, installed a new skylight and exhaust vent, and did a number of repairs. They showed up a little early, were very pleasant, and finished by mid afternoon. They gave me pictures of all the work they did and everything looks great. I highly recommend them.
I have been using Universal Roofing & Contracting for many years for my roofing needs on my row home in center city Philadelphia. They're always courteous, professional, and do a nice job. Just remember to follow the guidance for maintaining your roof under warranty to avoid unnecessary expense in the future. It would be great if they could reach out to let you know when maintenance is needed, but at least for now that is on the customer, so I'll set a calendar reminder for next time.
